We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics collects information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

Stripe

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

OpenAI

We use OpenAI API services to power our AI features. Content sent to OpenAI is used solely for the purpose of generating results and is processed in accordance with OpenAI's privacy policy.

Pinecone

We use Pinecone as a vector database to store embeddings of your website content to enable semantic search and similarity matching.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process.
