Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Internal Links website (the "Service") operated by PointLabs Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Access to Services

PointLabs Inc. hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. You also agree not to:

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. YOU AGREE NOT TO DISCLOSE YOUR PASSWORD TO ANY THIRD PARTY. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Payment, Subscription, and Cancellation

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.
  • Fee Changes: PointLabs Inc., in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
